Mandate:
To review and update the SBoT’s bylaws to reflect the changing environment in which it operates. Members establish and maintain the internal policy of the SBOT by composing written internal policies for the roles of the Board/Executive Committees in relation to the staff and the Executive Director. Our Bylaws need to be regularly reviewed to ensure we reflect the highest of standards in our own practices.
