Police Officer of the Year Awards Committee

Mandate:
This committee organizes nominations from the community and nominations from within the Surrey Detachment to celebrate the accomplishments of the members, municipal employees, volunteers and businesses that support the Surrey RCMP. The partnership between the Surrey RCMP and the Surrey Board of Trade in delivering this event builds on the communication between both parties to ensure safety and a reduction of crime for the business community in Surrey.  The event supports the City of Surrey RCMP Youth Academy.

Team meetings take place at 12pm inthe Surrey Board of Trade conference room on the following dates: January 20, February 17, March 24, April 7, April 15, April 30, May 21
